  Turbine blades are extremely important components that convert thermal energy (such as steam and gas) into rotational energy in power generation and power equipment. Inside the turbine of a power plant, the "moving blades" attached to the rotor and the "stationary blades" on the casing work together to control the flow of energy, achieving high-efficiency power generation. In addition to power generation applications, they are also utilized in various fields such as aircraft, ships, and blowers for steel mills. Our company has been processing turbine blades since 1979, and through years of cultivated high-precision technology and advanced equipment, we have built a reliable track record of transactions with major companies and overseas manufacturers (such as GE). Turbine blades support society in unseen places. Under advanced technological capabilities and quality control, they continue to quietly fulfill their role today.

  Since 1988, our company has applied the high-precision technology cultivated in turbine blade processing to start a business in the machining of aircraft parts. Since then, we have gained high evaluation and trust as a supplier to major companies, including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Our strength lies in our flexible response capabilities through a consistent production system. We continue to pursue manufacturing that meets the diverse needs of our customers with optimal technology and systems. Additionally, we actively promote the introduction of state-of-the-art equipment and the development of engineers, challenging ourselves to further improve quality and precision. In terms of quality assurance, we obtained the international quality standard for the aerospace industry, "JISQ9100," in 2009. Equipped with cutting-edge inspection equipment such as three-dimensional measuring machines and non-destructive testing devices, we deliver products that provide safety and trust under a rigorous quality management system.

  Large machinery parts(1)

  As a cooperative factory of Kitz Corporation, a plant valve manufacturer, we have been responsible for the processing of large and medium-sized cast steel valves and stainless steel valve bonnets for half a century. We have also built a strong trust relationship with major companies that handle equipment necessary for semiconductor manufacturing, and we carry out various parts processing. In the processing of these large machine components, we have enhanced our facilities with large NC lathes and turning equipment, allowing us to quickly respond to various customer demands while maintaining high quality. If we receive drawings and materials from our customers, there is nothing we cannot process.
