<High-precision components that bring short-term development and compactness to POCT analysis devices> ADP Pipette Module & Xcalibur Syringe Pump - The ADP is an embedded pipette module that can accommodate disposable tips (10-1000μl). - There is no need for the installation of space-consuming pumps or the connection of liquid path tubes. - Tip ejection can be easily performed via command, and hooks can be omitted. - It features a liquid level sensor to ensure dispensing reliability, a monitoring system for suction status, and self-diagnosis functionality. - The Xcalibur is a syringe pump weighing only 800g, with a resolution of 24000 steps (2.1nl/step possible). - It is equipped with a switching valve for up to 12 ports, allowing for compact handling of complex liquid paths. - It also includes self-diagnosis functionality. Most customers use these products for incorporation into in vitro diagnostic devices. They meet the requirements of ISO13485, 9001, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and are compliant with UL certification, RoHS, and REACH regulations, making them suitable for in vitro diagnostic analysis devices and pre-treatment equipment.
