FRP core material solution using our unique foam.
We contribute to enhancing the added value of FRP molded products with our unique foam material suitable for FRP core materials.
Our company, as a pioneer in foamed plastics, offers a lineup of foams for FRP composite core material applications. With our unique material's "product strength" and the "proposal capability" derived from years of experience in foam design technology and composite technology with FRP, we contribute to enhancing the added value of FRP molded products through weight reduction and high rigidity. All of our products are produced in our domestic factory, ensuring a stable supply. 【Foam Product Lineup】 - Formac (Density: 56kg/m³ to 110kg/m³) An acrylic resin foam that excels in mechanical strength and heat resistance. It can meet the quality requirements demanded by various FRP molding methods. It is also capable of shape formation through machining. - ST-Eleveat E (Density: 100kg/m³ to 300kg/m³) A polyester resin foam that is bead-shaped, allowing for shape formation using molds. It offers excellent shape freedom and can be proposed for mass production suitable for medium to large lots. Additionally, it is an FRP core material with excellent dimensional stability at high temperatures (180°C). *For more details, please refer to the PDF or feel free to contact us.
