ELASTIL is formed by filling a mold with small particles (pre-foamed beads) and applying steam heating. Unlike foam boards, it offers a high degree of freedom in product shape, and even for three-dimensional molded products, secondary processing steps such as cutting, bonding, and trimming are unnecessary. Therefore, it is suitable for high-quality mass production.
