"Elastil" is a thermoplastic elastomer bead foam developed by our company. Our foaming technology enables lightweight production while maintaining the physical properties of the elastomer, resulting in a material that has rubber-like elasticity, is as light as polystyrene foam, and as soft as polyurethane foam. It achieves extremely high resilience and cushioning compared to conventional soft foams. By foaming in bead form and filling it into molds for shaping, we can customize to meet customer needs, allowing for complex shapes, surface designs, and composite molding with different materials.
