The infrared camera diagnostics for heating furnaces capture the interior of the furnace, providing situation diagnosis and reporting, as well as correcting discrepancies with the control room to reduce energy loss. The heat exchange tube insert utilizes the energy of the fluid flowing inside the tube for mechanical cleaning, reducing fouling attachment and improving heat exchange rates to achieve energy savings.
