Kattex Fix
Before welding the heat exchanger tubes, quickly secure the tubes to the tube sheet.
When manufacturing heat exchangers, we facilitate quick and easy temporary fixation and tube positioning before welding. After inserting the KattexFix gun from the tube end, the gun's tip expands inside the tube. It is very efficient and quick with a simple button operation. Additionally, by changing parts, it can also be used as "Kattex Cut" for quickly cutting tubes during re-tubing.

There are two types in the lineup. Kattex Fix6: For outer diameters of 9.52-38.1mm Kattex12: For outer diameters of 25.4-107.95mm A hydraulic unit (either pneumatic or electric) is required for operation.
