Compression and restoration characteristics: Spring-loaded C-ring Heliflex series

Introducing the compression and recovery characteristics of the HELICOFLEX® series!

We would like to introduce the compression and recovery characteristics of our HELICOFLEX® series. The compression recovery of the HELICOFLEX series features a gently flattening compression curve. The recovery curve takes a different shape than the compression curve. This is the result of two permanent deformations (the elastic deformation of the spring and the plastic deformation of the outer casing). Each value is determined by the allowable leakage amount and the selection of materials. We have included a diagram with detailed information in the catalog, so please feel free to download and take a look. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
