Announcement of the Sanbō Branch School Special Program "Hope is Burning"
We sincerely thank you for your exceptional support. We would like to inform you that a special program titled "Hope is Burning," sponsored by our company, was broadcast on the Ehime Prefecture terrestrial television station "Ai TV." The Sanbe Branch of Uwajima High School in Ehime Prefecture is a school that was established with the efforts of Kamesaburo Yamashita, the founder of our predecessor, Yamashita Shipping. Opened in 1920 as "Second Yamashita Practical High School," it transitioned to a prefectural school in 1948 and began a new chapter as "Ehime Prefectural Sanbe High School." Located in Sanbe Town, Nishimurakami City, surrounded by three bays of a ria coastline and mountains, the Sanbe Branch of Uwajima High School has been cherished by the community for many years as the only high school in the area. At its peak in 1965, the school had 750 students, but due to the declining birthrate, the number of students has decreased year by year. In 2020, it became a branch of Uwajima High School, and in April 2025, it will close its doors, marking the end of its 105-year history. This program presents a documentary that follows the Sanbe Branch, which has nurtured many students as a learning institution rooted in the community, during its final three years leading up to its closure. Regarding participation in the "Zero Marine Debris Week" cleanup activities.
On June 6, 2025 (Friday), Techno Kashiwa Co., Ltd. participated in the joint project "Zero Marine Waste Week," organized by the Nippon Foundation and the Japan Shipbuilding Industry Association, as part of our social contribution activities. We conducted a cleanup activity at Tatsumi Seaside Park in Koto Ward, Tokyo. With approximately 80% of marine debris originating from land, we aimed to contribute to the preservation of the marine environment by working on beautifying our local area. This activity provided a valuable opportunity for each employee to reaffirm the importance of environmental protection and foster awareness towards achieving a sustainable society. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Taiyo Electric Co., Ltd. for their efforts, which enabled this activity to be carried out smoothly and meaningfully. Moving forward, Techno Kashiwa Co., Ltd. will sincerely address various social issues, including environmental conservation, to fulfill our corporate social responsibility.

We donated work clothes through "Furugi de Vaccine."
Techno Kashiwa Co., Ltd. has donated approximately 80 pieces of work clothing as part of its social contribution activities, utilizing the "Furugi de Vaccine" service (operated by Japan Reuse System Co., Ltd.). By donating work clothing that is no longer used but still usable, we not only contribute to reducing the burden on the global environment through reuse but also connect to social contribution activities that deliver polio vaccines to developing countries through an NPO. As symbolized by the recent abnormal weather, efforts to reduce the burden on the global environment must continue. In the future, our company will continue to contribute to reducing the burden on the global environment and fulfill our social responsibility as a corporation.

Efforts for Environmental Conservation Activities through J-Credit Deposits
Techno Kashiwa Co., Ltd. has made a deposit into the "J-Credit Deposit" of the Shoko Chukin Bank to support projects that lead to appropriate forest management and an increase in greenhouse gas absorption.
