Reikem Self-Regulating Heating Cable QTVR Series
Self-regulating heater cable capable of maintaining a process temperature of up to 110°C! It can also be used for freeze prevention, which has significant heat loss.
It is the first type approval system in the country, compliant with JIS testing (JIS C 3651)! The heat resistance temperature for the QTVR series heating cables is 110°C for both continuous and intermittent operation. It can be used as an electric heating system in hazardous locations of Type 1 and Type 2 in Japan, not only in general areas exposed to acids, alkalis, and organic substances but also in specific QTVR products and system configurations of auxiliary components. The auto-trace heater (self-regulating heater) is a self-regulating parallel circuit heater developed by Raikem. It does not overheat or burn out even without a thermostat. It provides reliable and safe electric heating and insulation. Additionally, due to its continuous parallel circuit structure, it can be cut to the required length on-site.
