UV-curable resins are widely applied in various fields, including printing, painting, adhesion, and coating. However, traditional UV irradiation devices using high-pressure mercury lamps face many issues, such as high-temperature irradiation, large power consumption, and bulky, heavy equipment. At Tech Vision, we have developed and manufactured UV film curing devices used in the dicing process of semiconductor manufacturing, which have received great acclaim. **Advantages of LED Light Source UV Irradiation Devices:** 1.
