Our company is currently seeking a new product development engineer (mechanical design). This is a rare opportunity for those who enjoy designing devices, assembling, adjusting, and improving them, as the work is interesting and fulfilling. Job Description To help you become familiar with and understand our series of operations, we will provide a practical training (OJT) period during which you will study the operation of existing devices and the workflow. After that, your responsibilities will include the entire product development process for new products, from "mechanical design" → "assembly/prototyping" → "trial operation adjustment" → "evaluation" → "modification of defective parts," not just design but also overseeing the completion of the device. As part of our medium-term business plan, we aim to launch at least one new product each year. All staff will work together to gather information on customer needs and industry trends to narrow down the next development products. Custom development of LED light sources for UV curing resin - UV irradiation devices.
UV-curable resins are widely applied in various fields, including printing, painting, adhesion, and coating. However, traditional UV irradiation devices using high-pressure mercury lamps face many issues, such as high-temperature irradiation, large power consumption, and bulky, heavy equipment. At Tech Vision, we have developed and manufactured UV film curing devices used in the dicing process of semiconductor manufacturing, which have received great acclaim. **Advantages of LED Light Source UV Irradiation Devices:** 1. Can perform irradiation at room temperature 2. Low power consumption 3. Compact equipment 4. Design flexibility for top-side/bottom-side irradiation 5. Side irradiation capability 6. Double-sided irradiation capability 7. Selective irradiation/partial irradiation capability 8. Free design without restrictions on work size/irradiation area 9. Long light source lifespan 10. The spread of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) is accelerating globally. Lighting LEDs (visible light LEDs), communication and sensor LEDs (IR-LEDs), and ultraviolet light-emitting LEDs (UV-LEDs) are contributing to the industry, with Techno Vision specializing in applications for UV-LEDs. In particular, the application of LED-UV light sources to curing resins is expected to see rapid demand growth in the future. In this context, our company has achieved a surface irradiation output of 250 mW/cm² at 365 nm with a 10 mm working distance, surpassing high-pressure mercury lamps, through the development of high-output LED drivers. We hope to assist in the development of UV-curable resins with this high output and various features of our light source technology.
