    This is a hermetic connector that can be used in ultra-high vacuum, utilizing the latest glass-ceramic bonding technology. The connector on the container side is made of PEEK and is suitable for ultra-high vacuum, along with a Kapton-coated cable.

    Traditionally, we have been selling peak-manufactured ceramic connectors and Kapton-coated wires that can be used in ultra-high vacuum environments. Now, we are adding terminal blocks, terminals, cable accessories, and other items that can be used within ultra-high vacuum containers to our product lineup.

  • Grand Feedthrough(4)

    SPECTITE (grand feed-through, sealing grand) is a product from the UK's TC Ltd. related to temperature sensors. Single and multi-probe feed-through seals, as well as split-type feed-throughs, allow for direct sealing of probes with sensors. There are dedicated feed-throughs for electrical wires, electrode feed-throughs, and high-density wire feed-throughs. The materials for the metal parts such as the body and cap are SUS316L. The mounting screws can be selected as PT or NPT. The sealant features a double taper for better sealing. Materials available include neoprene, Viton, Teflon, rubber (magnesium silicate), and graphite. It can be used in various environments with a temperature range of -200 to +870°C, a vacuum of 10-6 Torr to 700 Kg/cm², depending on the selection of the sealant.

    This is a hermetic feedthrough and connector sealed with high-intensity low-outgassing epoxy. It is used in fields related to semiconductors, X-rays, power, space simulation, and other vacuum and pressure applications. Essentially, it is made to order, allowing for any probe or connector to be attached to any flange. Additionally, we do have some stock available, so please contact us for more details.

  • Fiber optic feedthrough

    Fiber optic feedthrough(1)

    This is a UV/VIS fiber optic feedthrough for 100μ, 200μ, 400μ, 600μ, and 1,000μ. It is manufactured using the latest glass-ceramic bonding technology. The standard connector is SMA905, but FC and ST connectors are also available. We also handle fiber optics with polyimide buffers for ultra-high vacuum applications.

  • Compression fitting

    We provide penetration seals for thermocouples, resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), sensor probes, tubes, and more. These are single and multi compression fittings made with metal ferrules. The materials used for the metal include brass and SUS316L. The thread types for the mounting parts include PT, NPT, PF, etc. The sealing diameters are available in inch sizes from 1/16” to 1-1/16”φ and in millimeter sizes from 1.0 to 12.7mmφ.
