Article 54 On Entry into Force and Application This regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This regulation shall apply from January 14, 2027. However, the following provisions shall apply from the dates specified below: (a) Articles 26 to 42 shall apply from January 14, 2024; (b) Article 50(1) shall apply from October 14, 2023; (c) Article 6(7), Article 48, and Article 52 shall apply from July 13, 2023; (d) Articles 6(2) to (6), (8) and (11), as well as Article 47 and Article 53(3) shall apply from July 14, 2024.
