The TSK steam trap is specially designed to reduce steam energy loss, resulting in remarkable differences in "energy efficiency" and "maintainability." TSK is equipped with its own testing facilities in accordance with ISO 7841 standards (ISO 5117:2023). The items measured in the test bed include header or supply steam temperature, temperature on the steam trap side, pressure, tank weight (for discharge drain measurement), and temperature inside the tank. The testing method involves collecting the drain and steam mixture discharged from the steam trap in a tank and comparing the differences in energy loss through temperature rise and weight increase.
