本システムは、従来一次酸化触媒、還元触媒、二次酸化触媒から構成されていたシステムを、右図のように有機窒素分解触媒と酸化触媒の組み合わせで有機窒素（アミン、DMF、NMP等）をNOx、N2Oの発生を低く抑え、窒素、二酸化炭素、水蒸気に分解する装置です。
