Catalytic deodorization device(16)
Our catalytic deodorization system burns at a relatively low temperature of 250°C to 350°C through an oxidation catalytic reaction, achieving about one-third the fuel consumption compared to direct combustion. If the concentration of hydrocarbons in the treated gas is sufficiently high, it is possible to operate with zero fuel consumption.

Direct combustion deodorization device(10)
The direct combustion deodorization device is a system that combusts and oxidizes organic solvents and gases containing unpleasant odors at high temperatures of 700 to 800°C with a residence time of approximately 0.3 to 1 second. It is capable of treating exhaust gases that contain components unsuitable for catalytic systems. Since it processes at high temperatures, utilizing a heat recovery system can help reduce running costs. The photo on the left shows a device with a processing capacity of 200 N㎥/min.

Catalytic deodorization device with continuous concentration apparatus(7)
This is a deodorization system that continuously concentrates low-concentration exhaust gases. When introducing conventional low-concentration, high-volume organic solvents or foul-smelling gases directly into deodorization equipment, large-scale devices are required, resulting in significant exhaust gas preheating and excessive running costs. This system converts such low-concentration, high-volume foul-smelling gases into high-concentration, low-volume gases.

Nitrogen compound countermeasure catalytic deodorization device(3)
This system is an apparatus that decomposes organic nitrogen (such as amines, DMF, NMP, etc.) into nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor, using a combination of organic nitrogen decomposition catalysts and oxidation catalysts, as shown in the figure on the right, while keeping the generation of NOx and N2O low, replacing the conventional system that consisted of primary oxidation catalysts, reduction catalysts, and secondary oxidation catalysts.
