Strengths • By innovatively and accurately controlling the pressure of both the vial and sampling loop before transferring to the GC column, highly reliable results are achieved, ensuring excellent injection reproducibility. • Efficient heating of the entire sample path significantly reduces the risk of contamination from high-boiling solvents, enhancing system robustness. This increases productivity with year-round operation and reduces downtime. • Effective purging with more than five flow rates and a short sample path eliminates the hassle of removing residual signals from larger molecular weight polar compounds, minimizing or even eliminating carryover.

The main unit is mounted on the right side of the Thermo Scientific TRACE 1300 series gas chromatograph and is directly connected to the capillary column via a short interface. The TriPlus 500 HS autosampler consists of three modules. • A valve and loop headspace autosampler equipped with a built-in carousel for 12 vials, an incubation oven for 12 vials, a sampling air pressure circuit, and integrated electronic pressure regulation. • A robotic vial loader with a magnetic gripper for vial handling. • A tray holder equipped with three removable and interchangeable trays for 40 vials each, allowing for intuitive identification of vial positions. By combining the valve and loop headspace autosampler, vial loader, and vial trays, the system's vial capacity can be expanded to a maximum of 240 vials. The vial loader and vial trays can be easily added to the system at any time without requiring additional bench space.
