Thermo Scientific Acclaim columns are ideal for high-efficiency high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) separations. Their unique features enable challenging and complex separations, allowing for the separation of compounds that traditional HPLC columns cannot achieve. The Thermo Scientific Acclaim columns utilize standard surface chemistry features, including standard functionalities such as 120 C18, C8, Phenyl, Polar Advantage, polar embedded phases, HILIC, as well as mixed-mode functionalities (Thermo Scientific Acclaim Trinity P1 and P2 columns), and application-specific phases (such as organic acids, surfactants, pesticides, contaminants, etc.), along with specialized columns like size exclusion columns (SEC). Furthermore, some Acclaim columns are optimized to operate under the ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) requirements of the Thermo Scientific Vanquish UHPLC system.
