Olink Explore HT
Analysis platform adopted by the world's largest human proteome study, "UK Biobank-PPP."
Olink Explore HT is a next-generation multiplex proteomics analysis platform that extracts an overwhelming amount of information from small sample volumes. It can simultaneously measure over 5,400 proteins from just 2 µL of diverse samples such as plasma, serum, and CSF, achieving 99.5% high specificity and reproducibility through its unique PEA (Proximity Extension Assay) technology. By combining an automated workflow with NGS readouts, it enables high-precision and efficient analysis, accommodating a wide range of research phases from biomarker discovery to clinical research and drug development. Furthermore, it has been adopted in The UK Biobank Pharma Proteomics Project, the largest human proteome study in the world, demonstrating its performance and reliability in large-scale research projects. In addition to the installation of the equipment in laboratories, it is also available through service providers and Olink analysis services, with our staff supporting the experimental design phase according to research objectives and analysis needs.
