  The rail system is a surface transport system composed of X and Y axes. In particular, aluminum rails are lightweight, have excellent running performance, are corrosion-free, and their precise special molding offers attractive accuracy in operation. The installation work for the rails is also straightforward, as each component is made up of dedicated brackets, eliminating the hassle of drilling holes, cutting, or welding the rails. By combining the "rail system" with an "air balancer," three-dimensional transport of heavy objects becomes possible.   Our arm products are designed to reduce the weight of the equipment and, when combined with our Knight rail system, enable not only traditional vertical movement but also lighter movement in the X and Y directions.   Air balancer(17)

  An air balancer is a wire-wound balancer that operates solely on air pressure. We offer various attachments and main units that can achieve a weightless balance for loads ranging from 0 to 300 kg, depending on the application. It can also be used like a hoist, allowing for ascent and descent control via pendant control. There are no frustrations or design hassles associated with traditional cylinder-type balancers, such as "selection of stroke," "narrow range of set weights," or "heavy manual operation."
