Self-rotation ultrasonic nano-dispersion machine "Dispersion Nano Taro PR-1"
Adopting patented dispersion technology! Prevents variation and contamination, while also reducing running costs.
The "Dispersed Nano Taro PR-1" is an ultrasonic nano disperser that can safely and reproducibly disperse aggregated nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes. With a container tilted at 45 degrees that rotates and emits ultrasound from two surfaces, the side and bottom, it utilizes a unique dispersion technology called "Dual Sonic Method" (patented) to achieve uniform dispersion. It addresses challenges such as reproducibility, variability, and contamination that arise when dispersing with ultrasonic homogenizers or ultrasonic baths. 【Features】 ■ Ensures safety by preventing material ejection or scattering due to the sealed container. ■ Only the container is a consumable, contributing to reduced running costs. ■ The built-in cooling system allows for temperature management of the water in the tank. ■ By emitting ultrasound from outside the container, it suppresses contamination. ■ Suitable for the dispersion and deagglomeration of CNTs, graphene, talc, silica, and more. *Please first check the materials by clicking the "PDF Download" button below. ★ Awarded the "Tokyo Venture Technology Excellence Award" at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's World Dissemination Competition 2019. ★ Demo and evaluation tests are currently being accepted! I understand well! Mixing and dispersing with Rentaro - from the development of cellulose nanofibers (CNF) suitable for resins, paints, and adhesives to application examples.
At Shinky, we hold various seminars aimed at customers who regularly use our products and those considering the introduction of our products. Part 1: Understanding - Mixing and Dispersion with Awatori Neritaro Awatori Neritaro can simultaneously perform mixing and de-aeration in a short time due to its unique dual-axis rotation mechanism. We will also introduce the PR-1, a nano-dispersing machine specifically developed based on the distinctive mechanism of the Neritaro series. In this session, we will discuss the mechanisms of mixing and dispersion using Neritaro, as well as provide explanations and examples regarding the nano-dispersing machine PR-1. Part 2: Development and Application Examples of Hydrophobized CNF Suitable for Resins, Coatings, and Adhesives CNF is gaining attention as a new functional fiber derived from plants, possessing approximately five times the strength of iron while being one-fifth its mass, combining strength and lightweight properties. At Seed React, we have developed hydrophobized CNF (Op-CNF) that is oleophilic and can be directly hydrophobized (dehydrogenation reaction) in water using our unique surface treatment technology. In this session, we will discuss the background leading to the commercialization of Op-CNF and the product itself.

THINKY Corporation has realized simultaneous processing of stirring and degassing through the concept of combining two types of rotation: rotation and revolution. The "Awatori Rentaro," a rotary-revolution mixer, was born as a device that can process these two opposing processes, "stirring" and "defoaming," which had long been considered separate steps in the material processing process, simultaneously and in a short time. Currently, Awatori Rentaro has grown into a diverse lineup, ranging from small tabletop models for laboratories to large-scale production models. We have received numerous inquiries from various fields both domestically and internationally. THINKY will continue to assist in solving material processing challenges and building a foundation for mass production with our unique material processing technology and know-how.
