It can be set up immediately after being taken out of the refrigerator, optimizing temperature and viscosity in a short time. **Features of the SR-500** - It can directly accommodate commercially available 500g solder containers. - Solder containers taken out of the refrigeration unit can be prepared to optimal temperature and viscosity in a short time without returning to room temperature. - It is possible to remove bubbles in the paste that are considered to be the cause of solder defects. - Thanks to the rotation balance adjustment mechanism, it can also be set with partially used solder paste. - By optimizing the mixing recipe, adjusting the viscosity and temperature of the solder paste becomes easy. - The prepared solder paste can be filled into syringes using the syringe filling machine ARC-40H. - Using an optional adapter, the solder paste filled in syringes can be degassed.
