We would like to introduce a case study of the rotation and revolution vacuum mixer that was implemented for our customers involved in the assembly of automotive parts. At the company, lubricants and sealants such as grease are placed in barrel containers and applied using a cartridge-type dispenser to protect metal processing surfaces and joints. However, there were some substances that could not be applied uniformly within the liquid, and it was thought that the thixotropic nature of the liquid and the incorporation of air bubbles might be the cause, necessitating a solution to this issue. Therefore, we introduced the "Awatori Nentaro ARV-930TWIN." We received feedback stating, "Production efficiency has dramatically improved, and it has really helped us cost-wise."
