We would like to introduce a case study of a customer who produces glass paste used for sealing, coating, and insulation, widely used as various electronic components, and supplies it to electronic device manufacturers. In order to simultaneously meet customer demands for shorter delivery times and high quality, the company needed to review all processes. They introduced the "Awatori Neritaro ARV-310 (vacuum type)" and "ARC-40H." As a result, they were able to uniformly disperse high-density glass particles in high-viscosity resin while also enabling defoaming. Additionally, they could set up four syringes at once, allowing for filling without variations or air bubble contamination.
