We would like to introduce a case study of a customer who implemented our rotary and orbital mixer. In the manufacturing process of biochips, the use of PDMS, a material that enables high-resolution transfer at the submicron level, was required. PDMS consists of two components, a base and a curing agent, both of which are transparent, making it difficult to visually confirm whether they are being mixed properly. To fully utilize the material's inherent performance, it is necessary to pay attention to the removal of fine air bubbles that can hinder the transfer, using an appropriate mixing method. Therefore, we introduced the "Awatori Neritaro ARE-310 (atmospheric pressure type)." We received feedback stating, "There were no color variations, and no fine bubbles were observed, resulting in a very satisfactory condition."
