We would like to introduce a case study of a rotation and revolution mixer that was implemented by a customer researching special radio wave absorption wall materials. The company had been using a conventional propeller mixer to stir carbon fibers, but due to the shear force of the propeller, the fibers were being cut into smaller pieces no matter how they tried. Therefore, it was necessary to find a stirring method that would not compromise the fibrous nature of the material. As a solution, they introduced the "Awatori Nentaro ARE-310 (atmospheric pressure type)." "We were amazed that the operation time was only 3 minutes. Since there is no propeller, the fibers of the carbon material were mixed while being preserved," was the feedback we received.
