Using an electromagnetic valve, a small amount of liquid can be sprayed precisely and without waste, and even with intermittent application, the spray angle and particle size remain unchanged!

Rehira Corporation (a manufacturer of multi-channel jets) has started selling the VarioSpray II, a micro-dosing machine controlled by an electromagnetic valve, as a new product. The main feature is that while two-fluid nozzles (which mix air and liquid for spraying) are generally the mainstream method for achieving micro-sprays with small particle diameters, this system operates with a single fluid. By using an electromagnetic valve, it can maintain a consistent spray angle and particle diameter even during intermittent spraying. Particles formed by two fluids have speed, resulting in very poor coating efficiency and wasting expensive liquids. Taking this into consideration, the system improves coating efficiency by utilizing the speed of particles formed by a single-fluid nozzle, allowing for efficient spraying. Siphon Type Utilizes the suction force generated by the amount of air passing through the nozzle to draw liquid from the tank to the nozzle. By changing the height of the suction, it is possible to alter the flow of the liquid and the size of the particle diameter. This supply method is typically used to finely atomize very small amounts of liquid. Gravity Type Uses gravity to send liquid flow from a high tank to the nozzle. Uniform performance is achieved by maintaining a constant distance between the height of the liquid and the nozzle. Changes in this distance result in variations in flow rate and particle diameter. Pressure (Pressurized) Type Supplies liquid flow to the nozzle based on pressure. The solenoid valve regulates the pressure to achieve various performances. The particle diameter and flow rate are larger compared to the other two liquid supply methods and are dependent on the liquid in relation to air consumption. Two-Fluid Internal Mixing involves the collision and mixing of air and liquid within the nozzle. It is ideal for use with low-viscosity liquids and liquids with few impurities. Two-Fluid External Mixing atomizes the liquid into a mist through the collision of air and liquid after passing through the nozzle orifice. It is optimal for atomizing high-viscosity liquids.
