Lechler Spray Drying Nozzle Commonly known as: DryMASTER Lechler, with over 140 years of history and experience, has positioned itself to challenge new fields by developing and starting the sale of spray nozzles specifically for powder drying. Creating uniform powders through spray drying required various innovations. Additionally, the DryMASTER nozzle can be used for countless applications. It is suitable for food powder production and can also be used in pharmaceuticals. It complies with FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration), EC No. 1935/2004, and GB4806 standards. The groundbreaking initiative of this product is the Lechler Carbon Recycling Program, which considers SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and focuses on the recycling of consumable carbon materials. In other words, it aims to recycle consumables. This is a first in the nozzle industry. This product is different from conventional nozzles!

【DryMaster Case Study | Achieving Four Times the Lifespan of Strawberry Pulp Spray Drying】 A major European food manufacturer faced a short lifespan of 14 to 18 hours for competitive nozzles in the spray drying process of strawberry pulp, which contains a high amount of citric acid, leading to decreased production efficiency. This was due to the combined wear from high pressure (10 MPa) and acidity, necessitating frequent replacements. By introducing the Lechler DryMaster, the lifespan was extended to approximately four times due to the high wear resistance of the carbide components. It could be directly attached to existing lances without the need for equipment modifications. Additionally, nozzle clogging was resolved, significantly improving continuous operation and quality. Used carbide components can be returned through the CaRe recycling program, contributing to reduced environmental impact and credit allocation. It is suitable for food applications and is also praised for its rapid shipping and high compatibility.

Cleaning Lance (FlexLance) A telescopic cleaning lance that allows you to extend the nozzle into the tank only when needed for cleaning. It is ideal for situations where you do not want to leave the nozzle inside the tank during the manufacturing process, as it can be retracted outside the tank when not in use. Good to know In some manufacturing processes, the tank cleaning nozzle cannot be left inside the tank during the process. Therefore, Lehner offers a pneumatic telescopic lance (FlexLance) that extends the nozzle into the tank only during cleaning and can be retracted after use. Customization according to requirements is also possible, and the materials state, "Please feel free to consult us." 1SR (Lehner's two-fluid nozzle) This nozzle works by mixing air and liquid at high speed to create an extremely fine mist.
