Non-pressurized fine particle spraying using a spray nozzle and ultrasonic oscillator.
Ultrasonic vibrations from piezo ceramics are transmitted to the spray nozzle, causing the liquid film to vibrate and spray fine particles.
Liquid is supplied without pressure, allowing for the spraying of fine particles.
It accommodates a wide range of liquid flow rates from a minimum of 10ml/min to a maximum of 100ml/min.
Since no pressure is applied to the liquid, there is very little splatter or rebound, eliminating waste of the applied liquid and negating the need for large painting booths, thus reducing capital investment and running costs.
