The amazing features of the ultrasonic spray nozzle!! 【Sonosys】 Ultrasonic spray nozzle manufactured by Sonosys Sonosys's main product is ultrasonic cleaning devices, specifically targeting the semiconductor industry. (Megasonic) The product created using ultrasonic technology is the 'ultrasonic spray nozzle.' Its structure consists of a spray nozzle combined with an ultrasonic oscillator for unpressurized fine particle spraying. Ultrasonic vibrations from piezoelectric ceramics are transmitted to the spray nozzle (atomizer), where they vibrate the liquid film, forming and spraying fine particles. Liquid is supplied without pressure, allowing for the spraying of fine particles. Since no pressure is applied to the liquid, there is very little splatter or rebound, eliminating waste of the coating liquid and making large painting booths unnecessary.
