The "DSU Series" is a sublimation purification device for high-purity organic materials developed based on "QUANTIpure Technology," which was created from accumulated process data in organic electronics research. It achieves both high yield and ultra-high purity through a unique purification system born from the redefinition of the sublimation purification process. Once the raw materials are loaded, the entire operation is controlled automatically, and no operator intervention is required until the purification is complete. We offer models that can handle not only small-scale purification of 5g but also large-scale purification of 10kg. Capable of operating with an average yield of over 10% higher than horizontal devices. Recovery of material costs that were previously discarded contributes to additional profits. - Miniaturization of Equipment and Improved Floor Space Utilization All devices, from pilot machines with a material input of 50g to mass production machines of 10kg, can be installed in less than 2m² of installation area. Operable in less than one-third of the space compared to horizontal devices. - Rapid Sublimation Purification Process Achieves a process cycle within 24 hours, enabling operation five times a week. Stable sublimation purification of over 400kg annually with a 2kg machine and over 2t annually with a 10kg machine. Compared to horizontal devices of the same capacity, the annual intake of materials is more than double, and the effective recovery amount has a processing capacity of more than 2.5 times. - Reduction of Operator Downtime and Standardization of Work, Simplification of Harvesting and Cleaning Tasks All background tasks, such as operational preparation and product recovery, can be completed by one operator. Process design allows for a 24-hour cycle, enabling standardization of the operator's work plan.
