"The 'lightness' that overturns the common sense of jigs breaks through the barriers of automation." At this exhibition, we will showcase the "A-axis Yurikago jig," which has achieved overwhelming lightweight design by adopting the new material "Furcarbon." The most notable feature is its astonishing lightness of "total weight of sub-jigs under 10kg," made possible by incorporating Furcarbon into the base and support parts. This allows for installation on small machining centers that were previously abandoned due to weight restrictions. Furthermore, it can be operated with inexpensive small robots that have low carrying capacity, dramatically reducing the cost and hurdles for automation implementation. This time, we have newly developed sub-jigs that accommodate large workpieces measuring 300mm x 300mm. We will also demonstrate high-precision automatic tool changes using a Pascal-made pallet gripper and multi-joint robots at a practical level. Additionally, we will unveil the first "standard I-scale jig" from Toa Seiki, which condenses the expertise cultivated over 102 years as a jig manufacturer! We deliver the quality of custom products as standard items. In our booth, we have prepared an exhibition where you can actually handle Furcarbon sub-jigs. Experience the forefront of "lightweight design x automation" brought to you by jig professionals firsthand. Booth number: E93

TOA Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. will be exhibiting at the 'Mechatrotech Japan 2025 (MECT2025)' held at Port Messe Nagoya. 【Highlights of the Exhibition】 Collaboration with TOA India Fixture Manufacturer Recently, as Japanese companies have increasingly expanded into India and ramped up production there, TOA Precision Machinery has been advancing technical and equipment proposals in collaboration with the Indian fixture manufacturer, Supra, for several years. In January 2025, TOA Precision Machinery exhibited at Supra's booth during "IMTEX2025" held in India. This time, we will also showcase Supra's fixtures, and we hope you will take a look at the fixture technology from India. Whether domestically or in India (or overseas), TOA Precision Machinery offers "Quick Delivery" at reasonable prices through collaboration with India. Additionally, since design is also possible in India, we can provide a consistent system for all processes including design, manufacturing, assembly, and quality assurance, through a mix of TOA Precision Machinery and India. Another highlight is that we invite you to experience fixtures made from the alternative material, Felcarbo, which is half the weight of aluminum!

**Publication Content (Excerpt)** ■ Setting TGW Standards and Monthly Error Management Measurements At Toa Seiki Kogyo, we are committed to building a high-level quality assurance system within the company to provide products that meet our customers' requests. As part of this effort, our measurement department conducts monthly error management measurements of inspection instruments. The reference standards used during these error management measurements are exclusively reserved for this purpose to ensure the reliability of inspection results. The process of conducting measurements involves each measurer performing the same measurement with the same instrument, accumulating monthly data for each measurer. This data tracks the individual measurer's error and sensory changes, and is displayed in the measurement room for each measurer to review. By managing this measurement data themselves, each measurer develops a common understanding of measurement errors, resulting in the establishment of a high-level quality assurance system within the company. **Other Publication Content** ■ Achieving Process Consolidation with "Tool Holder in Jigs"! ■ Participated in the VA/VE Technology Matching Fair! ■ Employee Introductions at Toa Seiki Kogyo! *For more details, please refer to the related materials or feel free to contact us.*

【Publication Content (Excerpt)】 ■Introducing the NEW version of the Internal and External Diameter Grinding Machine G Taro! What we are introducing this time is the NEW version of the internal and external diameter grinding machine "G Taro," which we have introduced before. The NEW version adds a magnetic scale to the existing "G Taro," making it more efficient for operations. Previously, the grinding of internal and external diameters was displayed in analog, but by changing it to digital reading, it is now possible to eliminate the hassle of measurement during processing. 【Other Publication Content】 ■We have added three fixed cranes! ■Efficiency improvements through a production management system! ■Employee introduction of Toa Seiki Kogyo! *For more details, please refer to the related materials or feel free to contact us.

【Publication Content (Excerpt)】 ■High-Precision Manual Tightening Jigs for Engine Parts! The jig we are introducing as a production example is a manual tightening jig used for manufacturing engine parts. There are hydraulic and manual tightening jigs, but the jig we are presenting is manual because the workpiece is thin, and applying excessive force can cause distortion. It allows for delicate adjustments of the pressure applied. By producing such jigs, we have achieved a reduction in lead time to complete products in the machining process and improved the precision of hole positions and dimensions. Such manual tightening jigs can also be delivered within 1.5 months from order at our company. 【Other Publication Content】 ■We have introduced Tokyo Seimitsu's 3D measuring machines to our Thai factory! ■We will be exhibiting at the Die Casting Exhibition! ■Employee introduction of Toa Seiki Kogyo! *For more details, please refer to the related materials or feel free to contact us.

**Posted Content (Excerpt)** ■Introduction of Our Air Detection Device What we are introducing this time is the air detection device manufactured by our company. This device is used as a test for confirming the seating of workpieces used in jigs. Traditionally, tests were conducted using only analog measuring instruments, but this detection device is equipped with digital sensors, allowing for direct reading of values. Additionally, it enables observation of finer values. Confirming the seating of workpieces within the jig plays a crucial role in ensuring that the workpiece is properly clamped and does not move during processing. This function allows for the production of high-quality products. If the air detection does not operate adequately, it can lead to significant defects in the products. The air detection device is used by the assembly technician during operation checks after the jig is completed, and it is also used during customer inspections. Being portable, it eliminates delays before inspections, reduces time, and is a highly regarded in-house facility. **Other Posted Content** ■Introduction of OKK Corporation's Vertical Machining Center VP1200 - 30L *For more details, please refer to the related materials or feel free to contact us.*
