The jig we are introducing as a production example is a manual tightening jig used for manufacturing engine parts. There are hydraulic and manual tightening jigs, but the jig we are presenting is manual because the workpiece is thin, and applying excessive force can cause distortion. It allows for delicate adjustments of the pressure applied. By producing such jigs, we have achieved a reduction in lead time to complete products in the machining process and improved the precision of hole positions and dimensions.
