Company Establishment Information
On January 18, 2021, Nobuaki Electric Co., Ltd. and Toho Electric Co., Ltd. established a joint venture company, "Japan Actuator Co., Ltd.," which will engage in the sales of solenoids and other control devices. With the establishment of this joint venture, we aim to integrate and streamline the sales and marketing functions of both companies' solenoid products. Additionally, by complementing each other's areas of expertise in these products, we will work towards expanding the range of items for sale.

Regarding the postponement of the earthquake disaster prevention technology exhibition.
The "Disaster Prevention Technology Exhibition" in Yokohama, which we are scheduled to exhibit at, has been postponed to March 4th (Thursday) to March 5th (Friday), 2021, due to the declaration of a state of emergency. We look forward to welcoming everyone on the new dates.

We have obtained a comprehensive evaluation from the Japan Fire Protection Association for the specific initial expansion suppression equipment related to the "specific facility water supply connection type sprinkler system (dry type)."
It has obtained the specific equipment evaluation from the Japan Fire Protection Association as having performance equivalent to "specific facility water-connected sprinkler systems" as defined in Article 12, Paragraph 2, Item 3-2 of the Fire Service Act Enforcement Order.

Receipt of the Regional Future Leading Enterprise Shield
On February 12, 2019, we received a certificate of selection as a "Regional Future Leading Company" from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. This recognition is based on our company's activities in the Azumino area of Nagano Prefecture, which were recommended by the city of Azumino under the Regional Future Investment Promotion Act. We plan to further expand our business in collaboration with our local subsidiary "Nippo" and partner companies within Nagano Prefecture.
