We would like to inform you that we have entered into a stock transfer agreement to acquire all shares of Daiichi Electric Co., Ltd. as of June 19, 2024. The capital participation and business alliance we have undertaken with the company have high complementarity and affinity in the power control relay market, and we expect business expansion. Furthermore, we are confident that by providing and utilizing the management resources and business foundation of our group, we will achieve synergy effects for both companies.

We would like to inform you that we have signed a collaboration agreement with Zhejiang Meisuo Electric Technology Co., Ltd. as of December 4, 2024. The collaboration we have undertaken with this company has a high affinity in the power relay market and the solenoid market, and we expect business expansion.
