Transformer, large electromagnet, control device, power supply device

Advanced technologies that have been uniquely developed to support the industries of this country.

Using our technological expertise represented by direct water-cooled transformers, water-cooled electromagnets, water-cooled choke coils, and water-cooled reactors, we have continuously challenged new fields and opened various markets. These products have been delivered to over 500 companies, universities, vocational schools, and national research institutions, playing a crucial role in the electrical, electronic, energy, information equipment, and machinery sectors, while also receiving positive feedback from customers as highly foresighted products that meet the demands of the times. In particular, regarding transformers and electromagnets, we take pride in having one of the leading shares and achievements in Japan by leveraging the advantages of the water cooling method, such as space-saving, lightweight design, and dust prevention measures.

basic information

Compactness and Lightweight Design By discharging the heat generated inside the transformer to the outside using water as a medium, it is possible to reduce the amount of copper wire used in the transformer itself, and by suppressing the temperature rise, the amount of iron used can also be reduced, thus achieving compactness and lightweight design. Dust Resistance and Longevity Since the heat generation of the transformer is suppressed, it can be completely sealed, providing excellent dust resistance and allowing installation in environments with poor atmospheric conditions. With heat generation controlled, it enables stable operation over a long period and is a highly reliable product with a long lifespan.
