A coil is used when a magnetic field is required, consisting only of winding without an iron core. It is also used in solenoids and electromagnets. There are types that are simply wound with wire or those that are solidified with resin. The coil's wire is completely fixed using epoxy resin or polyester resin for impregnation molding, ensuring that it does not move. It has good moisture resistance and excellent electrical insulation properties, and those made with epoxy resin also have superior heat dissipation characteristics (products without resin treatment can be supplied upon request). *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us!

■Bobbin Winding / Hollow Core Coil - Easy to manufacture and relatively inexpensive. - The exterior can be finished with taping only or can be impregnated with varnish. ■Molded Coil - The coil can be molded with resin, enhancing the reliability, heat dissipation, and water resistance of the winding. - Large sizes with water cooling are also possible. - A mold for resin forming is required.
