Last time, we discussed "How to Utilize Ultrasonic Technology for Equipment Maintenance," providing an overview of maintenance in general using ultrasonic technology. This time, we will introduce the theme of "Energy Conservation and Cost Reduction." Currently, the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions is a goal that countries are actively working towards, and it has become a significant challenge for companies as well. Additionally, cost reduction is a common issue that all companies struggle with. In this presentation, we will focus on leak inspection and steam trap inspection, which are some of the applications that can be performed using ultrasonic equipment diagnostic devices. Significant losses due to unnecessary waste in factories occur daily, often in ways that are not visible. Did you know that these losses can be avoided using ultrasound? By conducting leak inspections with ultrasonic diagnostic devices, you can see how much energy and costs are being wasted.
