This is an announcement for the 5th online seminar. In previous seminars, we introduced applications such as leak testing and bearing diagnostics as ways to utilize ultrasonic technology for maintenance. This time, we will introduce a new product. It is designed for bearing diagnostics, combining an always-on monitoring system compatible with IoT and an automatic lubrication device. Using ultrasonic technology, it is a new type of automatic lubrication system that supplies the necessary amount of lubricant when the bearing requires it. Many lubrication processes are performed based on time intervals. But is it really effective to use the same cycle every time? The timing and amount of lubrication should vary depending on the operating conditions and environment of the equipment. This seminar will focus on bearing diagnostics within maintenance applications that utilize ultrasound.
