  The vertical machining center (3-axis) is equipped with an additional axis function, enabling process integration through 4-axis machining, which improves productivity and efficiency while reducing costs.

  Due to improvement activities aimed at reducing man-hours, we are performing press-fitting using hydraulic cylinders. This has enabled a reduction in personnel and a shortening of man-hours, allowing for a significant increase in shipment quantities.

  In NC lathe machining, we actively introduce robots for workpiece loading and unloading as well as transportation, promoting improvements in labor productivity and extending equipment operating hours through unmanned operation by utilizing various types of robots, such as vertical articulated robots and gantry loader robots.
