The "TOP PLATE" is a wear-resistant clad steel plate manufactured by overlay welding a wear-resistant alloy onto a base material of soft steel plate. Due to the special automatic welding method used for the overlay, it possesses very high hardness and excellent wear resistance, yet has almost no cracks and minimal distortion.
