TOP PLATEとは主に軟鋼板を母材とし、その上に超耐摩耗合金を肉盛溶接する事により製作される特殊肉盛クラッド鋼板です。特殊な自動溶接法で肉盛致しますので非常に高硬度を有するにも関わらず、割れがほとんどなく、又、歪みの少ない高品質のプレートが製作できます。
