High-performance cladding using laser cladding technology
Laser cladding enables wear resistance, longevity, and regeneration of equipment! (Please consider it for products that are unsatisfactory with plating or thermal spraying.)
The dilution rate is less than 10%, so even with a 1mm build-up layer, the performance and functionality of the build-up material can be fully demonstrated. Due to the low heat input, it is possible to build up on thin and small-diameter materials, which was difficult with conventional arc/plasma welding. We also provide machining finishing after the build-up. We have various types of metals for welding, so please feel free to contact us.

Round items: φ20 to φ500, up to 3000L, and up to 1000kg are available. Square items: up to approximately 1000mm, and up to 5 tons are available. Overlay thickness: 1mm per layer (generally effective overlay layers of 1mm to 3mm). We offer cobalt-based, nickel-based, and iron-based hard overlay materials, so please consult with us.
