JIS K6297/ISO13145 Method for Determining Viscosity and Stress Relaxation Using a Sulfur-Free Rubber Rotorless Sealed Rheometer
The above specifications have been established. In our product line, the "Premier RPA Rubber Processing Analysis Device" can accommodate this standard test. Conventional Mooney viscometers with rotors were unable to automatically transport samples. However, with the rotorless design, our product line can achieve automation of tests through the use of an auto-sampler, thereby improving testing efficiency. We would appreciate it if you could contact us for more details.

Information on Maintenance Contracts: Contributing to the Reduction of User Burden!
We offer three types of maintenance contracts tailored to our customers' needs. While we believe that you are already conducting regular cleaning of sample installation jigs, seal replacements, and other self-inspections, entrusting these tasks to the manufacturer can significantly reduce your burden. We kindly ask you to consider the following maintenance contracts at this opportunity. 1) Maintenance Contract Programs - Alpha Care Simple: Annual inspection - Alpha Care Select: Biannual inspection (includes torque standard calibration) - Alpha Care Advantage: Quarterly inspection (includes torque standard calibration and film) 2) Inspection Contents - Measurement of power supply for each component, measurement of die temperature, pressure measurement (for devices with pressure gauges) - Confirmation of the deterioration status of parts such as motors and heaters, and operation checks of other moving parts 3) For customers with ISO9000 certification - Issuance of calibration certificates: Available for an additional fee * Our U.S. factory is accredited as a calibration provider based on ISO17025 by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation. We will issue calibration certificates with the A2LA symbol as required for customers with ISO9000 certification. Please contact us for more details.

Feature Introduction: How to Illuminate the Logo of the Premier Series and the Method for Cooling the Die After Measurement.
In the Premier series, you can change the emission color. It is easy to see at a glance whether a measurement is in progress or has been completed, and whether the measurement results are within the set pass range. This is convenient for those monitoring from a distance or in noisy environments. The emission colors are nine in total, four of which (red, green, blue, amber) can be set to flash. The logo lighting settings are done in "Workbench." First, click on the Instrument tag lined up on the Workbench, then click on Options. When you click on "Logo Lighting," the screen shown in the lower right will appear. To enable the emission, select Enable logo colors. To make it flash, select Flash. The area surrounded by the green frame indicates the color, and the state of that color being illuminated is surrounded by the red frame. In the same screen, under Instrumental Parameters, there is "Test Actions." Here, you can choose whether to force cool the die temperature to the set Ready temperature using air after the measurement is completed, allow natural cooling, or maintain the end temperature without cooling. For more details, please contact our company.

Introduction to the Enterprise features of Alpha Technologies software.
The software "Enterprise" has several convenient features. Due to space limitations, I will introduce some of them over several occasions. The feature for overlaying measurement results is called Curve Overtrace. This can only be used after measurements have been taken. However, some may want to know this information during the measurement process, not just after the test. Of course, there is a way to check whether the value of the sample currently being measured is the same as the measurement result of the previous sample (whether it traces the same curve) or different (see Figure 1). To do this, first, check the Workbench Overtrace option when setting up the test conditions in the Charts section (see Figure 2). This feature can be added later to existing test conditions. Additionally, there is a □ x Offset option in the same section. By entering a number in this box, the curve will be drawn offset from the reference curve by that amount. *However, this depiction is for the Curve Overtrace after the test, not for the chart during the test.

Request for measures against power supply noise.
If manufacturing equipment is used within the factory or on the same premises, there is a possibility that noise may be introduced into the power supply to the testing machine, as well as into temperature data, torque data, and so on. If there is noise in the temperature data or torque data, please check for power supply noise. As a countermeasure, we recommend the installation of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). We would appreciate it if you could contact us regarding recommended products.

ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Accreditation / Recommended Testing of Mooney Viscometer Weights and Regular Inspections
At Alpha Technologies' U.S. factory, we have obtained ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation. In addition to regular inspection work, we can perform additional tasks at the request of our customers and issue calibration certificates with the A2LA symbol required for customers who have obtained ISO 9000. *Alpha Technologies is the only manufacturer of the "RPA Rubber Processing Analysis Device" that has obtained ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation. We offer three types of maintenance contracts according to customer needs. We recommend entering into a maintenance contract to maintain data reliability, prevent sudden failures, and ensure regular calibration of detectors. 1) Maintenance Contract Programs 1. Alpha Care Simple: Annual inspection 2. Alpha Care Select: Biannual inspection *Includes torque standard calibration 3. Alpha Care Advantage: Quarterly inspection *Includes torque standard calibration and film 2) Inspection Contents 1. Power measurement for each part, die temperature measurement, pressure measurement (for devices with pressure gauges) 2. Confirmation of the deterioration status of components such as motors and heaters, and operation checks of other moving parts For more details, please contact us.
