Resin Rheometer "PREMIER ESR"
Equipped with sweep testing functionality! A rotorless viscoelastic measurement device capable of measuring high torque.
The "PREMIER ESR" is a rotaless viscoelastic measurement device that contributes to the reduction of time and material waste. It does not require dedicated sample preparation and can accommodate liquids, pellets, prepregs, powders, etc. Due to its parallel plate die, it does not restrict sample shapes. Measurements can be taken for rubber, epoxy resins, thermosetting resins, thermoplastic resins, and more. 【Features】 ■ Cost reduction and efficiency in testing ■ Easy and quick acquisition of test results ■ Contribution to the reduction of time and material waste ■ Useful for feedback into processes ■ Sweep testing function *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Product Information: Premier ESR Rheometer
Unlike other rheometers, this one is "easy to use," "does not require precise sample preparation," and is a "durable rheometer." It can be used for composite materials, thermosetting resins, etc., with a maximum testing temperature of up to 350°C, and the die shape is flat type. <Features> - Very easy to handle: Data reproducibility is ensured regardless of who conducts the test. It is not affected by sample shape and can withstand rough handling without breaking. - High measurement torque: Capable of measuring larger torque than other companies' high-precision rheometers. - No need for dedicated sample preparation: Testing is possible with liquids, pellets, powders, etc. ⇒ Reduction in sample preparation time <Synthetic Curve (Master Curve)> - Master curve for polystyrene resin - Measurable with a single rheometer. - Plotted from frequency dispersion tests at 90 to 230°C. <Rubber and Resin: No restrictions on material types> - Measurement is possible for rubber, epoxy resins, thermosetting resins, thermoplastics, etc. - Due to the measurement of larger samples, there is minimal deviation from the actual manufacturing equipment.

Feature Introduction: How to Illuminate the Logo of the Premier Series and the Method for Cooling the Die After Measurement.
In the Premier series, you can change the emission color. It is easy to see at a glance whether a measurement is in progress or has been completed, and whether the measurement results are within the set pass range. This is convenient for those monitoring from a distance or in noisy environments. The emission colors are nine in total, four of which (red, green, blue, amber) can be set to flash. The logo lighting settings are done in "Workbench." First, click on the Instrument tag lined up on the Workbench, then click on Options. When you click on "Logo Lighting," the screen shown in the lower right will appear. To enable the emission, select Enable logo colors. To make it flash, select Flash. The area surrounded by the green frame indicates the color, and the state of that color being illuminated is surrounded by the red frame. In the same screen, under Instrumental Parameters, there is "Test Actions." Here, you can choose whether to force cool the die temperature to the set Ready temperature using air after the measurement is completed, allow natural cooling, or maintain the end temperature without cooling. For more details, please contact our company.
