[Case Study] Extruder
We will introduce a case where centering the extruder can reduce the load on the screw!
We will introduce a case study of alignment between the gearbox and the cylinder using "Easy-Laser." By aligning the extruder, we can reduce the load on the screw. A transmitter is installed on the gearbox side to measure the misalignment of the cylinder. By reducing the load on the product, it is possible to decrease the defect rate. Additionally, there are cases where a laser transmitter was installed on the gearbox to adjust the positions of the cylinder's inlet and outlet relative to the center of rotation. 【Case Overview】 <Alignment between the gearbox and the cylinder> ■ Reducing the load on the screw ■ Measuring the misalignment of the cylinder ■ Reducing the load on the product to decrease the defect rate ■ Adjusting the positions of the cylinder's inlet and outlet ■ Measuring the straightness of the cylinder alone *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
