Microscope Laser Combiner "iChrome FLE"
iChrome FLE is a laser combiner for microscopes that outputs up to 7 wavelengths. It achieves high output of up to 100mW per wavelength and is AOM-free!
The iChrome FLE can accommodate up to 7 wavelengths for all important fluorescent dyes in the range of 405 to 785 nm. It achieves a maximum output of 100 mW at the fiber end, supporting various cutting-edge applications such as spinning disk and light sheet microscopy. The output can be selected from 1 line or 2 lines, and the built-in COOL AC automatic fiber alignment feature eliminates the need to spend valuable research time on laser realignment. Additionally, the unique "all semiconductor laser" design, which does not include a custom-developed AOM/AOTF, achieves a "zero photon" state. This resolves the crosstalk issue between wavelengths, enabling the best image contrast and outstanding longevity.

COOL Technology (Constant Optical Output Level) is a unique solution that combines single-mode semiconductor lasers and optical fibers to eliminate the need for permanent optical axis adjustment. By simply pressing a button on dedicated software, automatic alignment can be initiated, allowing the laser to be used at optimal power conditions at all times.

The SKILL function operates as a solution called "Speckle Killer" that uses pure electrical methods. It reduces the coherence length of the laser (interferability) and mitigates speckle (the laser-specific glare) caused by the mutual interference of wavefronts.
