In machine shops, cutting oil is used for lubrication, cooling, and cleaning during metal processing. When machine tools are operated, the cutting oil evaporates and floats in the factory as oil mist. If this oil mist is left unattended, it can lead to health issues for workers, slipping accidents due to slippery floors, and malfunctions of air conditioning equipment. The oil accumulation in the machine tools and the fogging of the staff's glasses have completely disappeared. Additionally, our own staff had become accustomed to it and didn't notice, but the contractors coming in and out have remarked, "The smell of oil mist is gone!" The clean air is not discarded outside but is recirculated indoors, and since air at room temperature is constantly circulating within the machine tool storage, the interior does not become excessively hot, eliminating the need for fine temperature adjustments and preventing defects in the produced parts, which is surprising.
