- EPSON We propose the automation of the insertion process for irregular components and the assembly process in the mounting process. We aim for "efficiency in manufacturing" and strive to support our customers. Please feel free to consult us and visit our booth. - Post-Mounting Board Appearance Inspection Device 'QX-100' With the theme of speed, simplicity, and visibility, we conduct image inspections for SMT and flow processes. It is optimal for reducing inspection line labor (by reducing excessive judgments), small lots, and various types. It is incredibly fast, so please check the actual machine. - 'Carrier for SMT Transport' This adhesive-type carrier board can replace the fixation with heat-resistant tape used during FPC and thin board mounting, thereby improving efficiency. We also propose DIP pallets and other solutions after SMT. - 'ER Metal Mask' This next-generation metal mask achieves high-quality solder paste printing by generating a special resin on the metal surface (P surface and opening cross-section).
